En esta oportunidad, nos encontramos acompañando a un cliente del rubro bancario en un programa estratégico de transformación empresarial, vinculado a la implementación de un nuevo Core Bancario.

- Ubicación: Huancayo, Perú - Modalidad: Híbrida (aprox. 50% onsite) - Duración: Proyecto a largo plazo - Tipo de contratación: Freelance

Descripción del rol

Buscamos un/a Jefe de PMO con sólida experiencia en programas de transformación dentro del sector financiero, que lidere la gestión integral del programa de implementación del nuevo Core Bancario.

Tendrá un rol estratégico, interactuando con comité directivo y gerencial, asegurando la correcta ejecución, alineación y gobernanza del programa.

Requisitos

- Experiencia comprobable como PMO Lead / Jefe de PMO en proyectos de gran escala - Experiencia en programas de transformación empresarial y/o implementación de Core Bancario - Conocimiento en soluciones Core Banking (ej: Topaz, Temenos, Bantotal u otras) - Certificación PMP vigente (excluyente) - Experiencia en sector financiero / bancario - Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión (PMI, Agile o híbridas) - Formación universitaria en carreras afines a Sistemas, Ingeniería o Ciencias Económicas - Estudios de posgrado o maestría (deseable)

Responsabilidades

- Liderar el programa de transformación e implementación del Core Bancario - Supervisar la planificación y ejecución de todos los frentes del programa - Coordinar con stakeholders clave (comité directivo y gerencial) - Gestionar riesgos, desvíos e impactos del proyecto - Asegurar la calidad de los entregables y cumplimiento de hitos - Definir y controlar indicadores de desempeño del programa - Supervisar la adopción de buenas prácticas de gestión - Acompañar la gestión de planes de acción ante riesgos y dependencias - Consolidar reporting ejecutivo para la alta dirección

Condiciones adicionales

- Posibilidad de viáticos y alojamiento para profesionales que residan fuera de la ciudad de Huancayo (sujeto a evaluación)
