En esta oportunidad, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Líder Funcional SAP HCM Payroll & Tiempos para sumarse a un proyecto de implementación SAP S/4HANA de largo plazo, en una compañía de la industria Oil & Gas con fuerte presencia regional.

Nuestro socio estratégico es una multinacional norteamericana de tecnología y consultoría, con amplia trayectoria en proyectos SAP a nivel global.

Modalidad: Remota, con posibles reuniones presenciales en CABA Horario: Lunes a viernes Full Time Contratación: -> Relación de dependencia directa con MaxIT -> Opción freelance / monotributo (contrato de servicios) Duración estimada del proyecto: Largo plazo ️ Alta urgencia Reemplazo inmediato de un perfil clave en implementación

Descripción del Rol Buscamos un perfil senior y autónomo, con sólida experiencia en implementaciones SAP HCM para Argentina, que pueda liderar los frentes funcionales de nómina y tiempos, trabajando codo a codo con los equipos técnicos y funcionales del cliente.

Requisitos clave: - Dominio funcional de SAP HCM Payroll Argentina y Time Management - Experiencia previa en implementaciones SAP S/4HANA - Conocimientos en SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF), especialmente en escenarios integrados - Capacidades en ABAP funcional para debugging y análisis de desarrollos Z - Habilidades de liderazgo funcional, documentación y pruebas - Deseable: experiencia en entornos Oil & Gas o industrias de alta demanda operativa

Responsabilidades principales: - Liderar la implementación de SAP HCM Payroll & Tiempos en entorno S/4 - Relevar y validar requerimientos junto a usuarios clave - Definir procesos, identificar GAPs y liderar el diseño funcional - Coordinar con el equipo técnico el desarrollo e integración de soluciones - Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, capacitar usuarios y acompañar el Go-Live
