En MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group seguimos creciendo y acompañamos a un importante cliente del rubro energético en la incorporación de 3 Project Managers SAP Sr. para iniciativas estratégicas en ejecución y nuevos proyectos en etapa de definición.

Si contás con sólida experiencia liderando proyectos SAP de punta a punta y buscás desafíos de alto impacto, esta oportunidad es para vos

Modalidad y condiciones -> Esquema: Híbrido – 2 días presenciales por semana en Puerto Madero (CABA) ->Contratación inicial: 3 meses a través de MaxIT -> Continuidad: Posibilidad de incorporación bajo relación de dependencia directa con partner del proyecto -> Inicio: Inmediato -> Asignación: Tiempo indefinido

Descripción del rol El/la Project Manager SAP Sr. será responsable de liderar proyectos end-to-end, interactuando con áreas de negocio, PMO y equipos técnicos, garantizando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos, presupuesto y calidad.

Participará en proyectos bajo modalidad Llave en Mano y Tiempo & Material, gestionando equipos multidisciplinarios y aplicando metodologías formales y ágiles.

Requisitos excluyentes - Experiencia mínima de 5 años gestionando proyectos SAP - Sólido conocimiento de metodología SAP Activate - Experiencia en gestión de proyectos bajo modalidad T&M y Llave en Mano - Gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios - Conocimiento de marcos ágiles de trabajo - Excelente comunicación y manejo de stakeholders

Se valorará - Experiencia con herramientas como Service Now, Jira o Cloud ALM - Experiencia trabajando con PMO - Perfil colaborativo, con apertura y fuerte espíritu de equipo

Principales responsabilidades - Elaboración del Business Case para aprobación del proyecto - Gestión económica y financiera del proyecto - Planificación y seguimiento integral desde Kick-Off hasta Go-Live y fase post-productiva (Run) - Coordinación del KT hacia células de mantenimiento - Referente principal frente a Gerencia de Productos Digitales SAP, Negocio y PMO - Facilitador entre el equipo del proyecto y las distintas áreas internas involucradas
