En MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager SAP Senior para participar en importantes iniciativas de transformación tecnológica para una compañía multinacional líder del sector industrial y de maquinaria pesada.

La posición requiere un perfil con amplia experiencia liderando proyectos SAP de alta complejidad, especialmente implementaciones y migraciones hacia SAP S/4HANA, con capacidad para gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios, integradores, proveedores y stakeholders estratégicos.

Descripción del rol

El principal objetivo de la posición será liderar el ciclo de vida completo de los proyectos SAP, desde la aprobación del caso de negocio hasta su cierre formal, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos en materia de alcance, presupuesto, plazos, calidad y gobierno.

Buscamos un/a profesional con visión integral del negocio, liderazgo ejecutivo y sólida experiencia en proyectos de transformación tecnológica dentro de entornos corporativos complejos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar integralmente el ciclo de vida de los proyectos SAP asignados.
  • Asegurar el diseño de la solución y su alineación con los requerimientos y objetivos del negocio.
  • Planificar, monitorear y controlar alcance, cronograma, presupuesto, calidad y comunicaciones.
  • Gestionar stakeholders, sponsors, riesgos, dependencias, integradores y proveedores externos.
  • Administrar los recursos humanos, tecnológicos, materiales y de infraestructura asociados al proyecto.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios locales y regionales.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y brindar visibilidad sobre el estado, los avances, los riesgos y los posibles desvíos del proyecto.
  • Coordinar las actividades de cutover, preparación productiva y go-live.
  • Aplicar mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos alineadas con metodologías PMI, SAP Activate, Agile y Waterfall.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia liderando proyectos SAP.
  • Participación en al menos 3 implementaciones completas de SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de migración y transformación hacia SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experiencia liderando integradores, equipos multidisciplinarios y múltiples proveedores.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en gobierno de proyectos, planificación, control presupuestario y gestión de riesgos.
  • Experiencia en procesos de cutover y go-live.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de la metodología SAP Activate.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías Agile y Waterfall.
  • Experiencia en industrias de minería, manufactura, maquinaria pesada o sectores industriales.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado o superior.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo modalidad híbrida en Huechuraba, Santiago de Chile.

Conocimientos y experiencia deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos implementados bajo SAP RISE.
  • Certificaciones PMP, SAP, Scrum, Agile o equivalentes.
  • Experiencia en proyectos regionales o globales de transformación tecnológica.
  • Antecedentes liderando iniciativas SAP S/4HANA de gran escala.

Modalidad y condiciones

  • Presencialidad: 3 días por semana.
  • Trabajo remoto: 2 días por semana.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Huechuraba, Santiago de Chile.
