Project Manager SAP Sr. – Múltiples proyectos S/4HANA

En MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Project Managers SAP Sr. para incorporarse a distintos proyectos de transformación tecnológica en clientes enterprise de diversas industrias.

Las posiciones requieren sólida experiencia gestionando proyectos SAP, idealmente sobre SAP S/4HANA, con capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, ordenar múltiples frentes de trabajo y gestionar stakeholders en contextos complejos. La asignación a cada proyecto se definirá según el perfil, la experiencia y la disponibilidad de cada candidato/a.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar y realizar el seguimiento de iniciativas SAP / S/4HANA end-to-end.
  • Coordinar equipos funcionales, técnicos, proveedores y referentes de negocio.
  • Gestionar cronogramas, riesgos, issues, dependencias, avances y entregables.
  • Coordinar la comunicación entre stakeholders y diferentes frentes del proyecto.
  • Preparar reportes ejecutivos y brindar visibilidad sobre avances y desvíos.
  • Acompañar planificación, ejecución, testing, go-live y estabilización.
  • Asegurar alineación, priorización y cumplimiento de objetivos entre equipos internos y externos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable como Project Manager SAP Sr.
  • Experiencia gestionando implementaciones, rollouts, migraciones, upgrades o proyectos SAP end-to-end.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en entornos SAP S/4HANA.
  • Manejo de metodologías como SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall o modelos híbridos.
  • Experiencia gestionando múltiples stakeholders y prioridades.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de riesgos, entregables, presupuesto, forecast y control económico de proyectos.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, MS Project, ServiceNow o similares.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y gestión ejecutiva.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en proyectos SAP bajo modalidad T&M y/o llave en mano.
  • Experiencia coordinando consultoras, proveedores externos y equipos distribuidos.
  • Background en industrias reguladas, energía, Oil & Gas, utilities, manufactura o servicios enterprise.
  • Experiencia con SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Activate y proyectos S/4HANA Cloud.

Modalidad y condiciones

  • Contratación: en relación de dependencia (nómina) o Freelance / Contractor, según preferencia del candidato/a y definición de cada proyecto.
  • Jornada: Full-time.
  • Modalidad híbrida en Buenos Aires (CABA y alrededores); la cantidad de días presenciales se definirá según cada proyecto y cliente.
  • Inicio inmediato / corto plazo, con incorporaciones escalonadas según el arranque de cada proyecto.

Perfil buscado

Buscamos perfiles Senior con fuerte capacidad de gestión, organización y comunicación ejecutiva, que puedan coordinar múltiples frentes, anticipar y destrabar situaciones, alinear interlocutores y brindar visibilidad clara del proyecto en contextos SAP de alta complejidad.
