PM Tecnológico Senior – Implementación de Soluciones EAM / CMMS

MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a PM Tecnológico Senior para sumarse a un proyecto de implementación de soluciones tecnológicas orientadas a gestión de activos y mantenimiento, para un importante cliente del rubro Oil & Gas.

La posición es bajo modalidad freelance / contractor con MaxIT, con una duración estimada de 10 meses y una dedicación aproximada del 50%.

Descripción del rol

Buscamos un/a profesional con sólida experiencia en liderazgo de proyectos tecnológicos, especialmente vinculados a soluciones empresariales de gestión de activos, mantenimiento, plataformas EAM o CMMS.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución del proyecto, gestionando alcance, tiempos, riesgos, equipos y proveedores, asegurando la correcta implementación de la solución y su alineación con los procesos de negocio.

Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en proyectos relacionados con IBM Maximo Application Suite o plataformas similares.

Requisitos principales

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia comprobable en implementación de soluciones empresariales.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en plataformas EAM o CMMS.
  • Experiencia deseable en IBM Maximo Application Suite.
  • Experiencia coordinando desarrollos e integraciones entre aplicaciones corporativas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos como PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum o enfoques híbridos.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Seniority: Senior.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo modalidad híbrida.
  • Contar con notebook propia.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Liderar proyectos tecnológicos desde su inicio hasta el cierre.
  • Elaborar y administrar planes de proyecto, cronogramas, presupuestos y matrices de riesgos.
  • Gestionar alcance, cambios, dependencias, riesgos y desvíos del proyecto.
  • Coordinar equipos funcionales, técnicos y proveedores externos.
  • Realizar seguimiento del avance del proyecto y elaborar reportes ejecutivos para stakeholders.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de metodologías, estándares y buenas prácticas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Participar en la definición y validación de requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Coordinar actividades de configuración, pruebas, capacitación y puesta en producción.
  • Asegurar la alineación de la solución con los procesos de negocio vinculados a mantenimiento y gestión de activos.
  • Coordinar integraciones entre sistemas corporativos como ERP, SCADA, GIS, sistemas financieros, RRHH, entre otros.
  • Supervisar desarrollos, personalizaciones y evolutivos requeridos durante el proyecto.
  • Validar arquitecturas de integración, APIs, servicios web, ETL y flujos de intercambio de información.
  • Gestionar pruebas técnicas y funcionales para garantizar la calidad de las soluciones implementadas.
