En MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group nos encontramos acompañando un importante proyecto internacional vinculado a soluciones de gestión de capital humano, nómina y soporte SAP, incorporando un/a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Application Support Consultant.

Sobre el desafío

La posición está orientada a profesionales con sólida experiencia en SAP HCM Payroll Argentina, que cuenten con buen manejo funcional de procesos de nómina local, configuración de reglas y esquemas, soporte de incidentes y capacidad para interactuar con equipos técnicos, funcionales y referentes de negocio.

Buscamos un perfil consultor, autónomo y resolutivo, con experiencia en entornos SAP de alta demanda, acostumbrado a trabajar con prioridades múltiples, análisis de requerimientos, documentación funcional y soporte avanzado sobre soluciones de Payroll.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Brindar soporte funcional de segundo nivel sobre SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Analizar, investigar y resolver incidentes relacionados con procesos de nómina Argentina.
  • Trabajar sobre requerimientos y tickets dentro de acuerdos de servicio establecidos.
  • Configurar y ajustar reglas de nómina, esquemas de nómina, wage types y conceptos de liquidación.
  • Participar en actividades de post-payroll, contabilización y validación de resultados.
  • Realizar pruebas unitarias y acompañar validaciones funcionales sobre mejoras o cambios implementados.
  • Confeccionar especificaciones funcionales para equipos técnicos ABAP.
  • Participar en solicitudes de cambio, mejoras evolutivas y análisis de impacto.
  • Interactuar con equipos regionales, áreas de negocio y stakeholders funcionales.
  • Colaborar como referente técnico-funcional dentro del equipo SAP HCM.

Requisitos requeridos

  • Experiencia sólida como Consultor/a SAP HCM Payroll Argentina.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en configuración de SAP PY, reglas y esquemas de nómina.
  • Experiencia en soporte funcional SAP HCM, AMS, mantenimiento evolutivo o proyectos de implementación.
  • Experiencia en SAP PA - Personnel Administration.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de post-payroll, contabilización y validación de nómina.
  • Experiencia elaborando especificaciones funcionales para desarrollos o ajustes ABAP.
  • Conocimiento de legislación laboral Argentina aplicada a procesos de liquidación de sueldos.
  • Capacidad para analizar escenarios complejos, documentar soluciones y dar seguimiento a incidentes críticos.
  • Perfil autónomo, consultivo, orientado al cliente interno y al trabajo colaborativo.

Conocimientos valorados

  • Experiencia en SAP PT - Time Management.
  • Experiencia en SAP OM - Organizational Management.
  • Conocimientos de ABAP o capacidad para interpretar desarrollos técnicos.
  • Participación en ciclos completos de implementación SAP HCM.
  • Experiencia en proyectos regionales o globales.
  • Inglés escrito avanzado y conversación intermedia.
