MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group es una empresa especializada en soluciones SAP y proyectos de transformación digital en Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos.

Actualmente nos encontramos acompañando a una importante compañía del sector agroindustrial en un programa estratégico de transformación ERP basado en SAP S/4HANA.

Objetivo del rol

Buscamos un Project Manager SAP Senior para liderar el seguimiento y gobierno del programa de implementación ERP, actuando como contraparte del cliente frente a la consultora implementadora.

El rol tendrá foco en el control metodológico, la coordinación entre áreas del negocio y la supervisión del avance del proyecto.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Supervisar el avance del programa de implementación SAP.
  • Coordinar la interacción entre negocio, IT y la consultora implementadora.
  • Asegurar la correcta aplicación de metodologías de proyecto (SAP Activate / PMI / Agile híbrido).
  • Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y desvíos de cronograma.
  • Realizar seguimiento de entregables y calidad del proyecto.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y dashboards de seguimiento.
  • Coordinar stakeholders internos (IT, Finanzas, Operaciones, Dirección).
  • Garantizar la correcta evolución del programa y alineación con los objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos

  • +8 años de experiencia liderando proyectos o programas ERP.
  • Experiencia comprobable en implementaciones SAP (ideal S/4HANA).
  • Experiencia trabajando con consultoras implementadoras SAP.
  • Sólido background en gobierno de proyectos y gestión de riesgos.
  • Experiencia bajo metodologías SAP Activate / PMI / Agile híbrido.
  • Capacidad de interlocución con stakeholders ejecutivos.
  • Inglés técnico para documentación.
