En MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group nos encontramos en búsqueda de 3 Project Managers Senior para incorporarse a un servicio de largo plazo para un importante cliente de la industria financiera.

Buscamos profesionales con sólida experiencia en la gestión de proyectos IT complejos y de gran escala, capaces de desenvolverse en entornos con múltiples equipos, proveedores y stakeholders, utilizando metodologías Waterfall, Agile o híbridas.

  • Dedicación: Full Time – 40 horas semanales
  • Duración: Octubre 2026 a Marzo 2028
  • Modalidad: Híbrida, con un mínimo de 3 días presenciales por semana
  • Ubicación: Parque Patricios, CABA

Descripción del rol

Los profesionales serán responsables de gestionar proyectos tecnológicos de alta complejidad, realizando el seguimiento de alcance, planificación, cronogramas, entregables, riesgos y dependencias, y coordinando los distintos equipos y proveedores involucrados.

Uno de los tres profesionales asumirá adicionalmente el rol de Líder Operativo del equipo, siendo responsable de coordinar a los Project Managers, supervisar sus entregables y asegurar la autonomía operativa del servicio.

Este Líder tendrá reporte directo al responsable de IT Governance.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar proyectos IT complejos de punta a punta.
  • Planificar y realizar seguimiento de cronogramas, hitos y entregables.
  • Coordinar equipos internos, proveedores y distintos stakeholders.
  • Gestionar riesgos, dependencias, desvíos y planes de acción.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del alcance, los tiempos y los objetivos definidos.
  • Trabajar bajo metodologías Waterfall, Agile o esquemas híbridos.
  • Preparar y presentar reportes de avance y seguimiento ejecutivo.
  • Participar en programas tecnológicos de gran escala y alta complejidad.
  • Articular con áreas de Tecnología, negocio, Governance y proveedores externos.
  • En el caso del Líder Operativo, coordinar al equipo de PMs y supervisar sus entregables.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia como Project Manager en proyectos IT de alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia participando en programas de proyectos de gran escala, idealmente de 2 o 3 años de duración, con más de 150 recursos involucrados y más de 60 proveedores.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías Waterfall, Agile o híbridas.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Project, JIRA, herramientas de IA y herramientas de ofimática.
  • Muy buenas habilidades de planificación, organización y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar Full Time, 40 horas semanales.
  • Disponibilidad para asistir presencialmente al menos 3 días por semana a oficinas ubicadas en Parque Patricios, CABA.

Será valorado

  • Certificaciones o conocimientos vinculados a PMI, CMMi o Prince.
  • Las certificaciones no serán excluyentes para perfiles con sólida experiencia comprobable.
  • Experiencia previa en la industria financiera.
  • Experiencia en proyectos vinculados con finanzas o medios de cobro.
  • Experiencia coordinando programas con gran cantidad de proveedores y equipos involucrados.

Condiciones de contratación

  • Modalidad contractual: Freelance / Contractor.
  • Dedicación: Full Time – 40 horas semanales.
  • Duración del servicio: Octubre 2026 a Marzo 2028.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida.
  • Presencialidad: mínimo 3 días por semana.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Parque Patricios, CABA.
  • Equipamiento: cada consultor deberá contar con notebook propia.
