An Inside Sales Manager for Maxwell Power will be responsible for going into our new office in Salt Lake City and running a new team to sell products like solar systems, batteries or energy storage via phone, email, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized pipeline processes to identify all sales opportunities and qualify them for future sales forecasts.
  • Define individual metrics closely tied to company objectives to ensure overall goals are met.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
  • Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
  • Train and Mentor sales team.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve defined sale goals.
  • Perform compelling online demos to prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of inside sales, account management, and remote closing with proven track record of sales and team growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical financial concepts simply. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Drive: A self-motivated, resilient closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven remote team environment while supporting their team.
  • Passion: A strong interest in environmental sustainability, high personal integrity, accountability, and eager

Compensation and Work Environment

  • Full-time, W2 position
  • Competitive base salary plus commission
  • The position will be based in Utah and is required to go into our office in Salt Lake City.
  • Uncapped PTO
  • High-growth potential for the right candidate

Location & Work Authorization
