We are looking for a passionate Experienced Accountant to help write our story and strengthen our office in Bucharest, as part of the Outsourcing Accounting division.

What will you Do:

  • Coordinating the team’s activities for dedicated Client portfolio;
  • Checking the accuracy and completeness of the accounting records, while following quality control procedures;
  • Performing month-end closing activities and reconciliations;
  • Preparing Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and VAT calculations;
  • Preparing tax declarations for VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Income Tax;
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly reports specific to each client;
  • Preparing half-year accounting reports and annual financial statements;
  • Preparing/Reviewing statistical reports as required by the National Bank of Romania;
  • Providing assistance during tax audits or financial audits.

What we need from you for this job:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics or other relevant areas;
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting field, in consulting services;
  • Very good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS experience is an advantage);
  • CECCAR trainee or member is an advantage;
  • Very good communication skills in English;
  • Computer skills (MS Office).
