We are looking for an Audit Experienced Assistant who is eager to grow professionally, broaden their experience across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, and play an active role in delivering high-quality audit engagements. What we need from you for this job:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial audit engagements;
  • Perform audit procedures in accordance with the audit plan and applicable professional standards;
  • Prepare audit working papers and ensure that audit documentation is complete, accurate and properly organized;
  • Assist in the testing of key financial statement areas, including account balances, transactions and internal controls;
  • Identify and communicate potential audit issues to the Senior/Manager in a timely manner;
  • Ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the agreed deadlines;
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and the audit team throughout the engagement;
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment;

What will you do:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in financial audit;
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or another relevant field;
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial statements;
  • Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Good computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel;
  • Willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge and professional skills;
  • Good communication skills in Romanian and English ;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks;
