C’est dans une démarche innovante pour le secteur que nous avons constitué une équipe de 4 managers facilitateurs que nous souhaitons renforcer grâce à l'ajout d'une nouvelle personne. Vous aurez pour principale mission de favoriser le développement et l'épanouissement de notre population d'auditeurs non sectorisés (jeunes diplômés à 3 ans d'expérience).

Dans une posture à dominante manager coach, vous accompagnez les collaborateurs durant les différentes étapes de leur carrière : recrutement, intégration au cabinet, définition de leur planning, parcours de développement et de validation de compétence, sectorisation…Vous travaillerez également en mode projet à l’animation de ce collectif dans ses différentes dimensions (gestion des différents parcours, campagne d’évaluations…).

Pour cela vous travaillez avec des parties prenantes très différentes et vous interagissez avec cet écosystème en fonction des besoins de votre population : Planning, Formation, Partners, HRBP, Recrutement…

Attiré par des méthodes de management humaines, fondées sur l'intelligence collective et le travail en équipe, vous avez envie de promouvoir un mode de management dynamique, agile et organique, favorisant l'écoute et l'émergence d'initiatives, tout en veillant au respect des règles de vie qui fondent l'aventure collective et les valeurs de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

A l'aise dans l'exercice du feedback constructif, tant donné que reçu, vous savez vous adapter et êtes prêts à vous remettre en cause pour faire évoluer votre approche en fonction des besoins du moment.

Grâce à minimum 6 ans d'expérience en RH, management, audit ou environnement de conseil similaire, vous avez aiguisé votre esprit d'équipe, votre proactivité et votre approche collaborative. Vous aimez accompagner les individus dans leur développement et instaurer des relations de confiance grâce à une communication ouverte et transparente. Vous appréciez le travail en mode projet.

Aujourd’hui, vous souhaitez vous lancer dans un challenge pour tester de nouvelles méthodes de management auprès d'une jeune population (jeunes diplômés à 3 ans d'expérience).
