Launch Your Automotive Career with Mazda of Clearwater

Mazda of Clearwater is seeking motivated, career-minded Express Lube Technicians who are committed to learning, growing, and building a long-term future in the automotive industry. Whether you are an experienced lube technician, recent technical school graduate, or automotive student, we provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities necessary to develop your skills and advance your career.

Unlike many dealerships where lube technicians remain limited to basic maintenance services, we intentionally invest in our team members' development. Under the guidance of experienced Mazda professionals, including leaders with decades of manufacturer expertise, you will receive hands-on training, coaching, and support designed to accelerate your growth.

Once Mazda Certified, our Express Lube Technicians are immediately exposed to and assist with maintenance and repair operations beyond routine oil changes and tire rotations. This unique approach allows you to expand your technical capabilities, gain valuable diagnostic and repair experience, and prepare for advancement into higher-level technician roles.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay commensurate with experience, skill level, and performance
  • Manufacturer/Dealership-paid Mazda training and certification opportunities
  • Hands-on mentorship from experienced automotive professionals
  • Exposure to maintenance, diagnostic, and repair operations
  • Clear career advancement pathways
  • A culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • A brand-new, state-of-the-art service facility
  • Long-term career stability with a growing organization

What We Expect

We maintain high standards for performance, professionalism, attendance, and customer care. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • A desire to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills
  • Pride in delivering exceptional service

If you are looking for more than a job and want a dealership that is genuinely committed to helping you become a skilled automotive technician, Mazda of Clearwater offers an exceptional opportunity to build a rewarding career. We provide the training, support, and opportunities—you provide the effort, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

Many dealerships hire lube technicians to perform oil changes. We hire future technicians, future team leaders, and future master technicians. If you are willing to invest in yourself, we are willing to invest in you. Your future in automotive service starts here. Apply today.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
