All’interno della Direzione Risorse Umane & Organizzazione, MBDA Italia S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un “Travel Manager”.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea in Economia, Turismo, Management o affini

Esperienza professionale:

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza comprovata nel Business Travel
  • Padronanza avanzata di tool per la gestione dei viaggi (OBT)
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale aver lavorato in una società internazionale

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Implementare il nuovo Travel Web e OBT, in coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali interessate
  • Assistere il Procurement nella gestione delle convenzioni per il business travel, a livello nazionale ed internazionale
  • Collaborare con la TMC al fine di garantire processi efficaci ed efficienti, supervisionando l’applicazione della Travel Policy aziendale
  • Collaborare con la Travel Security
  • Creare e gestire i contenuti comunicativi per l’intranet aziendale
  • Partecipare attivamente e costantemente alle attività della Travel Community MBDA, relazionandosi e collaborando con gli altri Travel Manager (FR, UK, SP, DE) su progetti comuni
  • Disponibilità a trasferte estere

Competenze linguistiche:

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1);

Competenze organizzative:

  • Capacità di comunicazione chiara ed empatica, con approccio proattivo e orientato ai risultati
  • Lavoro di squadra in ambienti multiculturali
  • Alta attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di multitasking in contesti dinamici
  • Forte senso di responsabilità, integrità e trasparenza.
