Deine Aufgaben…

In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du unser HR Operations Team in Northern Europe bei der monatlichen Payroll Administration sowie allen wichtigen administrativen HR-Prozessen.

  • Unterstützung bei monatlicher Payroll und Benefits
  • HR-Administration entlang des Employee Lifecycle

Verträge, Änderungsbriefe und Mitarbeiterkommunikation

  • Pflege von Personalakten und Mitarbeiterdaten
  • Updates in Workday, Concur und Benefit-Plattformen
  • HR-Anfragen über ServiceNow bearbeiten und nachverfolgen
  • HR-Reports, KPI-Daten und Projektunterstützung

Qualifikationen

Was Du mitbringst…

Du bist organisiert, genau und serviceorientiert – und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen, Daten und Prozessen.

  • Relevante Administrations- oder HR-Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit Payroll Eingaben und Employee Lifecycle Prozessen
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und vertraulicher Umgang mit Daten
  • Sichere Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, besonders Excel
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen wie Workday von Vorteil
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Klare Kommunikation und proaktive Arbeitsweise
