1.学历要求：本科及以上学历，视觉设计、数字媒体、动画设计、工业设计等相关专业，3年以上汽车行业动效设计相关工作经验，具备主机厂或汽车设计公司相关工作经验者优先。 2.核心技能：精通汽车HMI动效设计与实时渲染，具备扎实的动画原理与运动规律基础，能精准把控动效节奏、光影层次与视觉质感，可独立完成车载场景全流程动效设计。 3.软件能力：熟练运用UE5、C4D、3ds Max等建模软件，具备专业的汽车模型建模与优化能力，能独立完成汽车模型拓扑、UV拆分、贴图绘制与精度优化。 4.经验要求：有完整的汽车HMI动效设计或汽车3D可视化项目落地经验，熟悉车企产品开发流程与设计规范，能快速对接车企需求，高效完成设计任务。
