1.法学本科及以上学历，通过法律职业资格考试； 2.三至五年法务/律师工作经验，熟悉民法典、专利法、著作权法、产品质量法、反不正当竞争法及供应链合规相关法规； 3.具备合同审查、纠纷处理及风险管控能力； 4.逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通能力、项目执行力和项目管理能力，能适应快节奏业务需求； 5.视野开阔，自我迭代能力强，对科技产品、供应链行业热点足够敏感。
