1.本科及以上学历，设计相关专业；5 年 + 车载 HMI 动效经验，主机厂 / 车载企业经验优先。 2.精通运动曲线与时间轴，具备扎实动效功底，能独立完成全流程设计。 3.熟练运用 AE、Figma（含动效插件）、Principle 等工具，熟悉 Lottie、JSON 等动效交付格式，了解车载系统动效开发边界。 4.有完整 HMI 动效落地案例，懂车载交互，跨团队沟通高效，注重细节。 5.需提供包含车载动效案例的个人作品集。
