IT 基础项目推进：协助项目需求对接、技术方案设计与进度管控；协调跨部门资源推动项目落地，规范输出项目文档。

基本条件 • 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业； • 1-2 年 IT 基础及信息安全工作经历，有中大型企业级 IT 基础设施运维、信息安全工作参与经验者； • 工作严谨负责、执行力强，具备故障排查能力、跨部门沟通协调能力与团队协作精神。 技术能力 1. 熟悉 ITIL 运维流程，能熟练使用 Zabbix 等监控工具、Ansible 等自动化运维工具； 2. 精通 TCP/IP 协议，熟练配置主流品牌网络设备，掌握 VLAN、ACL、NAT 等核心技术，可独立排查复杂网络故障； 3. 熟悉数据中心基础设施架构，具备服务器、存储设备运维经验，熟悉虚拟化技术（如 VMware、KVM）； 4. 熟练操作 Windows Server/Linux 系统，能独立完成系统及 MySQL/Oracle 等主流数据库的安装、备份、调优与故障处理； 5. 具备小型 IT 项目统筹能力，可制定项目计划、把控进度与风险，规范输出项目文档； 6. 熟悉等保2.0合规建设、风险整改流程；熟练掌握服务器、数据库、网络设备的安全加固方法，掌握使用漏洞扫描工具，熟悉常见网络安全威胁原理。 7. 具备安全应急响应能力，熟悉恶意入侵、勒索病毒、SQL注入、DDoS攻击等安全事件处置流程，具备事件溯源、分析与复盘能力； 8. 熟悉终端安全管理，能独立完成终端安全部署与漏洞修复；熟悉加密算法原理，熟悉数据分类分级管理及备份恢复机制。
