1. 负责中心的现场安全检查，每日开展班前安全巡查，定期组织中心级、部门级安全检查，及时排查并跟踪整改安全隐患。 2. 负责中心级新员工三级安全教育培训及特种作业人员、外来施工人员安全教育，建立并维护培训档案。 3. 参与制修订中心级安全/综治管理制度、操作规程及应急预案，并组织宣贯落实。 4. 负责危险源辨识与风险评估，建立重大危险源台账，落实管控措施。 5. 参与工伤事故、安全事件的调查、分析及上报，跟踪整改措施闭环落实。 6. 负责中心级维稳综治管理，包括国安、信访、征兵、治安、防诈骗等工作。 7. 完成上级交办的其他安全/综治管理工作。

任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，熟悉工厂/制造业现场安全管理与维稳综治管理实务。 2. 具备良好的组织协调能力，能有效推动各部门落实安全工作。 3. 熟练使用Office等办公软件，能编写安全与职业健康报告、方案及培训材料。 4. 具备良好的沟通表达能力及责任心，工作细致严谨、执行力强。 5. 有汽车零部件或制造业安全管理经验者优先。 6. 有注册安全工程师证书或内审员证书优先。
