1、协助营销负责人进行团队建设以及团队成员工作职能及要求梳理，根据项目目标及进展设置可量化的工作指标，促进团队成员高效完成工作； 2、根据产品销量目标，结合市场洞察及客观数据分析研判，负责车型从产品定义、上市策划以及在销期的全流程营销策略。基于产品定位与市场洞察，主导品牌及产品传播roadmap制定、营销大事件创意；把控品牌及产品整体营销节奏，根据重要节点组织会议汇报，推动项目正常进行； 3、跨部门协同与资源整合，横向联动产品、GTM、销售等领域，统一目标与执行节奏，确保营销资源最大化；统筹协调营销各领域预算及资源（包括但不限于PR、Social、广告创意、媒介及用户等），主动追踪效果转化为销售线索，积极复盘总结，推动营销迭代优化； 4、实时监测市场反馈，高效快速调整策略应对挑战。

1、汽车行业5年以上工作经验，整合营销或车型营销2年以上工作经验，具备操盘关键车型上市、在销期整合营销经验者优先； 2、具备新能源汽车市场洞察与产品洞察能力、整合营销策划能力（包括营销策略、创意大事件策划等）、数据分析能力（用于策略思考、调整及效果追踪）、项目管理能力； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和团队管理能力，善于进行跨部门协同（如产品、GTM、销售）与资源整合，以推动项目高效执行； 4、较强的自驱力、责任心以及团队协作，对汽车行业充满热情，能够快速适应市场变化，主动进行复盘优化； 5、本科及以上学历，通过CET-4，持有C1驾驶证。
