职位描述： 主责推进解决所负责项目造型方案在各阶段的工程可行性问题，协调各专业组，牵头制定项目中造型相关重点工程可行性问题的解决方案，并且体现在新产品的设计中。

主要职责： 1、开展中国市场高端造型设计的工程解决方案的研究以及竞争对手的设计对比分析，研究结果输入设计团队，并且体现在新产品的设计中； 2、负责主导项目（产品和整车）的造型工程任务交付以支持设计节点顺利通过； 3、负责对工程反馈意见和造型设计意图的工程分析和管理，包括造型团队和工程团队的内外饰造型工程问题沟通会组织和管理。内外饰造型工程问题清单，造型与工程交互数据的发放和管理； 4、设计开发过程为设计方案的可行性提供创造性的可行解决措施和建议，促成设计和工程达成一致，解决过程中的质量问题，保证设计的豪华质感效果； 5、负责在投产阶段的设计变更管理，以及和相关团队协同合作以确保设计意图的执行； 6、负责工程协同流程体系造型部分的规范建设。

1，教育背景：本科及以上学历 车辆工程 、 机械制造等相关专业； 2，具备人机、总布置、白车身、开闭件、内外饰等相关工作经验之一,能熟练使用相关建模软件进行断面绘制、方案数据制作等； 3，具备较好的造型方案理解能力，具备较好的沟通、统筹协调能力； 4，语言能力：通过大学英语4级或以上等级，英语良好者优先。

专业知识与技能要求： 1、10 年以上造型工程经验或者产品工程开发工作经验，至少 3 个整车产品开发经历 2、具有工程/市场/用户趋势研究分析的能力和经验。 3、熟悉汽车设计理论、制造工艺、国内外汽车零部件供应商体系、汽车技术发展，生产工艺方面的工作知识。 4、具有很高的工程问题解决思维能力。 5、具有很强的项目管理和与工程团队协调的经验。 6、项目开发的时间计划及控制能力。 7、熟练应用 CATIA 等专业技术软件以及 MS Office 等常用办公软件。
