一、质量过程管理：根据项目开发目标和日程，制定质量管理二级、三级计划、制定质量目标，根据项目开发范制定四新件等过程管控方案和指标，阀门运行总体情况的审核及控制、质量问题统筹管理和分析、软件质量相关指标达成等。最终确保按计划执行和节点目标达成。 二、风险管理与识别：在整车项目开发、市场问题、DV、软件评审等等所有质量相关活动中，通过运用手段、数据、问题原因分类等，进行识别风险、衡量、评价、应对和监控及预警，并主动采取相应措施，及时解除或降低风险。 三、沟通管理：有效、正确、高效的传递信息，在整个项目质量管理过程中或各板块业务开展过程中与内部、外界有关联的关系时，信息及时传递。 四、可靠性验证能力：1. 统筹组织项目开发过程中的DV管理，重点供应商启动会要将广汽对DV要求进行宣贯，DVP/DVR进行评审确保试验真实有效；2. 能根据国标行标对中心零件设计品质技术标准提出建设性意见。 五、同步开发软件质量：1. 统筹组织项目开发过程中的软件质量启动会，协助工程师制定项目的软件质量目标；2. 牵头组织参与重点零件的软件过程评审并输出结论；3. 统筹组织项目开发过程中各控制器大版本软件的交付评审。
