1.负责整车电子电气系统检测、调试与验证，确保符合标准规范。 2.负责新车型电检方案、检测线工艺规划、开发与验证。 3.负责电检相关程序、诊断协议、检测规范的评审与落地。 4.提出电检领域需求，推动产品设计与工艺匹配优化。 5.解析并推进总账初始化设备通讯异常、初始化故障等问题。 6.开展电检工艺优化、降本措施落地及中长期能力规划。 7.协调跨部门资源，保障电检、初始化、整车电器问题高效闭环。 8.参与总装数字化/智能化建设，推动电检数据平台、产线安灯系统、AVI系统的需求分析、方案设计与落地验证。 9.负责MES、ANDON、AVI等系统的集成打通，实现生产情况、车辆流向的实时监控与数据追溯。

1.本科及以上学历，汽车电子、电气工程或自动化等相关专业。 2.3年以上汽车整车电检/诊断/EOL工作经验，熟悉总装电检流程、规范与标准。 3.精通 CAN/CANFD/DoIP、UDS诊断协议，具备通讯日志分析与车机交互问题排查能力。 4.熟悉ODX规范，可开展诊断仪、EOL相关程序开发与验证工作。 5.熟悉Linux基础操作与TCP/IP网络原理，掌握整车电器模块原理，具备电器问题解析与推进能力。 6.持有汽车电子/电气相关专业资格证书者优先。 7.了解总装数字化系统（MES/ANDON/AVI等）的架构与数据交互逻辑，具备电检与产线系统集成经验优先。 8.具备数据思维，能基于电检数据、产线系统数据开展过程分析与优化。
