1、本科及以上学历，5年以上汽车行业工作经验，至少主导完成一个新能源整车项目的开发经验； 2、具有整车热管理空调系统开发经验，掌握热管理系统方案设计； 3、精通ANSYS/Star-CCM+等仿真工具，掌握Python/Matlab算法开发及模型标定能力； 4、具备量产车型全周期开发经验，主导过供应商联合开发项目经验优先； 5、逻辑清晰，抗压能力强，适应快节奏开发。
