1、本科或同等以上学历，汽车、机电一体化相关专业优先 2、英语四级或同等以上能力优先，可以阅读和书写日常工作用英语资料 3、可使用CATIA，熟悉Office等办公软件操作； 4、了解整车及系统相关法规、标准、工艺、材料、验证等知识的应用； 5，5年以上整车性能领域开发经验，熟悉和掌握至少2个性能领域的开发，对车辆性能集成开发有深入的见解； 6、具备较好的沟通交流能力和团队合作精神。
