1、本科及以上学历，具有5年以上汽车行业质量/研发/工艺等相关工作经验，有一定的车企用户运营或体验管理经验者优先； 2、熟悉车企全业务流程与 NPS 运营逻辑，数据分析能力扎实，逻辑清晰，跨部门协调能力突出。 3、责任心强、结果导向，推动力与抗压能力兼备，可独立解决复杂问题，持续驱动业务提质。
