1. 主导汽车座舱UI全流程设计，涵盖中控、仪表、后排等车载终端，负责图标、布局、视觉风格定义，打造贴合车载场景、兼具科技感与易用性的设计方案。 2. 结合车载场景与用户需求，优化UI交互与视觉呈现，平衡美观与实用，提升车载操作效率与体验。 3. 制定并维护座舱HMI视觉规范，统一设计语言与标准，保障设计输出一致性，维护设计素材库。 4. 参与需求讨论与设计评审，迭代优化设计方案，配合开发推进落地，解决视觉还原问题。 5. 跟踪行业前沿趋势，结合公司定位探索设计创新，提升产品视觉竞争力。 6. 配合相关岗位提供规范交付物，推动方案落地，参与上线后复盘优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，设计相关专业；4年以HMI设计经验，主机厂或车载相关企业经验者优先。 2. 具备扎实UI设计功底，精通视觉设计原理，能精准把控车载视觉风格，可独立完成全流程设计。 3. 熟练运用Figma、Sketch等设计工具，熟悉车载设计规范，能输出规范标注与切图。 4. 有完整HMI项目落地经验，熟悉车企开发流程与设计标准，能高效对接需求。 5. 具备用户思维，了解车载交互逻辑，能配合完成多屏联动等视觉适配。 6. 沟通协作能力强，严谨主动，有学习创新意识，能承受工作压力，具备优秀审美与细节把控力。
