Au sein de la Direction Juridique, vous aurez pour mission de participer à la vie quotidienne du service et interviendrez en direct auprès des clients internes et des interlocuteurs externes. Vous serez pleinement intégré à l’équipe et traiterez des sujets concrets à fort impact business, au cœur de marques iconiques comme LU, Oreo, Milka ou Granola.

Vous participerez notamment…

  • au support juridique des équipes marketing et marketing digital : validation des campagnes publicitaires, opérations promotionnelles, supports de communication, lancements produits et redesigns
  • à la conception et mise en place de supports de formation et d’autonomisation des équipes opérationnelles (one pagers, templates, guides pratiques) visant à simplifier les tâches simples et/ou répétitives actuellement traitées par le département juridique — vous serez force de proposition sur la structuration et le format de ces outils tout au long de votre stage. A ce titre, vous maitrisez les outils tech et IA pour permettre de déployer de façon efficace (legal tech)
  • au conseil en matière de protection des données personnelles (RGPD) en coordination avec les équipes concernées
  • à l’analyse, la rédaction et la négociation de contrats (procurement, prestations de services) en support des juristes plus seniors
  • au support en droit économique, concurrence et négociations commerciales (pratiques restrictives de concurrence) en appui de l’équipe actuelle

Afin de mener à bien vos missions, vous devrez faire appel à vos compétences en matière de droit économique (notamment droit de la consommation, droit de la concurrence, droit de la distribution, droit des contrats).

Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si...

  • Vous êtes de formation bac+5 (Master 2 de type université ou équivalent) avec une spécialisation en droit économique, droit de la concurrence, droit des contrats ou droit de la consommation
  • Vous avez effectué au moins un stage significatif en entreprise (idéalement FMCG ou secteur de la grande consommation) ou en cabinet d’avocat sur des thématiques similaires
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par les marques et le monde de la grande consommation
  • Vous êtes tech savvy: à l’aise avec les outils digitaux et maîtrisez les solutions d’intelligence artificielle appliquées au droit
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bon relationnel, votre rigueur, votre esprit de synthèse et votre autonomie
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et le français
