ABOUT THE ROLE

OVERVIEW

As Meadow’s Customer Success Manager, your primary mission is to ensure that our clients are successful term-to-term and get value from their partnership with Meadow. You’ll own a book of clients end-to-end, and be responsible for driving adoption and expansion.

This is a full-time position reporting to Melissa https://www.linkedin.com/in/melissajkircher/, Meadow's Senior Director of Customer Success.

ABOUT YOU

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3–6+ Years of Experience in Customer Success
  • You have experience as a Customer Success Manager, in a high-touch role where client relationships are nurtured and built.
  • You have experience at a an early stage (e.g. Seed, Series A, Series B) B2B/Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Builder Mindset: High Agency x High Urgency x High Resilience
  • You own problems end-to-end.
  • You make consequential decisions that impact outcomes.
  • You have high frustration tolerance. You stay steady and keep pushing in the face of ambiguity and setbacks.
  • Expansion Ownership
  • You have a track record of success owning the full customer lifecycle and the commercial side of the client relationship — proactively finding expansion opportunities and turning customer success into revenue growth.
  • Product Expertise
  • You can explain clearly how the product you support works, and you build deep enough expertise to anticipate client needs and recommend solutions.
  • You maintain a tight feedback loop with Product, so client feedback informs product decisions.
  • Data Fluency
  • You use data to make the case for adoption, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • AI Fluency
  • You orchestrate AI and build systems that elevate how you work. You're thoughtful about outcomes, aware of limitations, and continuously improving how you use AI.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

- Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS Sales as an Account Executive and/or Business Development Representative

- Experience with Institutional Buyers

The initial annual salary for this position is expected to range from $103,700- $153,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
