  • Help maintain health and safety standards on site, ensuring risk assessments, method statements and safe working practices are followed.
  • Monitor progress against timescales, KPIs and quality standards, providing updates to the Site Manager.
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress updates and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with residents, subcontractors, clients and internal teams, providing clear updates and helping to minimise disruption to residents.
  • Support the monitoring of subcontractor compliance with CDM requirements, company procedures and required quality standards.
  • Assist with snagging, quality inspections and completion of works, ensuring properties are handed back to the required standard.
  • Support site-based teams and promote high standards of workmanship and continuous improvement.
  • Attend client meetings, progress reviews and operational planning meetings where required.

Role Criteria:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
  • Asbestos Awareness certification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous experience working within planned maintenance, refurbishment or investment works programmes, ideally within social housing.
  • Experience supporting the coordination of subcontractors, operatives and site-based teams.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, CDM regulations and site compliance.
  • Experience carrying out site inspections, quality checks, snagging and progress monitoring.
  • Good understanding of refurbishment works, including kitchens, bathrooms and associated trades.
  • Ability to support the delivery of multiple workstreams while working to agreed deadlines, programmes and KPI targets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
