Die Medas Factoring GmbH ist ein auf Heilberufe spezialisierter Abrechnungs- und Factoringdienstleister. Wir unterstützen niedergelassene Ärzte, Kliniken und medizinische Versorgungszentren bei der privatärztlichen Abrechnung nach GOÄ – schnell, rechtssicher und vollständig. Als wachsendes Unternehmen mit BaFin-Registrierung bauen wir unser Leistungsangebot gezielt aus und erschließen neue Abrechnungsbereiche, darunter die stationäre und ambulant-operative Aktenabrechnung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Analyse und Auswertung von Patientenakten, Operationsberichten sowie medizinischer Dokumentation zur Identifikation und Bewertung abrechnungsrelevanter Leistungen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung privatärztlicher Liquidationen nach GOÄ mit Schwerpunkt auf operativen Leistungen (Abschnitt L), Anästhesieleistungen (Abschnitte D und E) sowie stationären Wahlleistungen
  • Fachliche Überprüfung und Qualitätssicherung softwaregestützter Codier- und Abrechnungsvorschläge
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und revisionssicheren Abrechnung unter Berücksichtigung von Steigerungsfaktoren, Ausschlussbestimmungen sowie Sachkostenregelungen nach DKG-NT und BG-NT
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Klinikmitarbeitende zur Klärung abrechnungsrelevanter Fragestellungen
  • Bearbeitung und fachliche Beantwortung von Rückfragen, Einwendungen und Erstattungsanfragen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs Aktenabrechnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung interner Prozesse, Abrechnungsrichtlinien und Qualitätsstandards

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d), Arzthelferin (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Gesundheitswesen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ) sowie der privatärztlichen Abrechnungslogik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit medizinischer Dokumentation und medizinischer Fachterminologie
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an komplexen Sachverhalten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

Idealerweise verfügst du ausserdem über

  • Berufserfahrung in der Aktenabrechnung, Privatliquidation oder stationären Chefarztabrechnung nach GOÄ
  • Kenntnisse in den Fachbereichen Anästhesie, Orthopädie und/oder operativen Disziplinen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der GOÄ-Besonderheiten im Krankenhausbereich, insbesondere zu Wahlleistungsabzügen, Sachkostenabrechnung nach DKG-NT/BG-NT sowie Pool- und Beteiligungsregelungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Abrechnungs- und Codiersoftware
  • Kenntnisse in der Korrespondenz mit privaten Krankenversicherungen und Beihilfestellen
  • Erfahrung im Forderungsmanagement und Mahnwesen
