Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent Strategie & Business Development arbeitest Du direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und unterstützt bei der Marktanalyse und der Aufbereitung und Umsetzung strategischer Handlungsoptionen:

  • Identifikation und Monitoring von Wettbewerbern und Markttrends
  • Analyse von Markt- und Unternehmensberichten
  • Durchführung quantitativer Analysen in den Bereichen Kundenportfolio und Produkt-Roadmap
  • Mitarbeit bei der Evaluation organischer und anorganischer Wachstumsoptionen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen für Geschäftspartner und Investoren

Dein Profil

Du liebst Zahlen und kannst deren Informationen strategisch und operativ übersetzen. Du möchtest Neues lernen und magst eine schnelle und agile Arbeitsweise. Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Strategy, Finance oder Projektmanagement gesammelt und möchtest diese bei uns einbringen?

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Strategy Consulting oder Private Equity Bereich wünschenswert
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und MS Powerpoint
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Motivation, relevante Themen selbstständig zu erkennen und anzupacken
  • Teamgeist und die Freude an der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich/schriftlich)
