Als Quality Assurance Manager speel je een centrale rol in het bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van ons kwaliteitsbeleid. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan de continue verbetering van onze processen en producten.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de opvolging en de verdere ontwikkeling van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (QMS), dat binnen de volledige organisatie wordt gedragen.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de geldende kwaliteitsprocedures en normen correct worden toegepast en stimuleert, samen met de verschillende afdelingen, continue verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert en werkt samen met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder leveranciers en partners, om de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van onze producten te waarborgen.
  • Je bent nauw betrokken bij het opstellen, beoordelen en onderhouden van de technische documentatie van bestaande en nieuw ontwikkelde producten, in nauwe samenwerking met onze R&D-afdeling.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor, begeleidt deze en staat in voor een correcte opvolging van eventuele bevindingen en verbeteracties.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsindicatoren (KPI's) op en zorgt voor een heldere rapportage aan het management.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en optimalisatie van onze kwaliteitsprocessen, rekening houdend met de internationale groei van de organisatie.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement of kwaliteitsborging, bij voorkeur in een technische of gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, procesoptimalisatie en continue verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Kennis van ISO 13485 is een belangrijke troef. Ervaring binnen de medische technologiesector en kennis van de Europese Medical Device Regulation (MDR) zijn bijkomende pluspunten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt vlot samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en met externe partners.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, met oog voor detail en het vermogen om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
