Aufgaben

  • Sie sind in allen Arbeitsbereichen aktiv in die Praxisabläufe eingebunden und unterstützen das Team bei der täglichen Organisation.
  • Sie begleiten Patient/innen während ihres Aufenthalts in der Praxis sowie vor, während und nach Untersuchungen und Behandlungen.
  • Sie führen Labortätigkeiten durch, darunter Blutabnahmen sowie das Anlegen von Abstrichen und Kulturen.
  • Sie übernehmen Allergietestungen.
  • Sie erstellen digitale, KI-gestützte Fotodokumentationen im Rahmen der Hautkrebsvorsorge.
  • Sie assistieren bei operativen Eingriffen.
  • Sie unterstützen den Empfangsbereich im täglichen Ablauf.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für Dokumentations- und organisatorische Tätigkeiten.

Profilanforderungen

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (w/m/d), Arzthelfer:in (w/m/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren medizinischen Beruf.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Dermatologie ist nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Eine umfassende Einarbeitung in alle Abläufe, Techniken und Tätigkeitsbereiche der dermatologischen Praxis wird gewährleistet.
  • Auch medizinisch interessierte Quereinsteiger:innen sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen und fühlen sich in einem eingespielten, dynamischen Team wohl.
  • Sie sind motiviert, die verschiedenen medizinischen Bereiche der Praxis kennenzulernen.
  • Sie übernehmen verantwortungsvoll die Ihnen übertragenen Aufgaben.
  • Ein freundlicher, respektvoller und offener Umgang mit Patient/innen und Kolleg/innen ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
