Senior Business Controller (m/w/d) ==================================

Das können wir dir bieten

  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung, den Verwaltungsrat und die Fachbereiche mit fundierten Analysen, Ad\-hoc\-Auswertungen und klaren Handlungsempfehlungen bei strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen.
  • Du bewertest neue Partnerschaften, Verträge und Leistungen mithilfe von Business Cases und Profitabilitätsrechnungen.
  • Du koordinierst Budget, Forecast und Mittelfristplanung, plausibilisierst die Planungsdaten und verantwortest das monatliche Management\-Reporting inklusive Abweichungsanalysen und der Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen.
  • Du verknüpfst operative Kennzahlen wie Telekonsultationen, Fälle und Kontakte mit den finanziellen Ergebnissen und schaffst so Transparenz über die Geschäftsentwicklung.
  • Du stellst das Konzernreporting an die Group inklusive Cash\-Reporting und Liquiditätsforecast sicher.
  • Du unterstützt den Monatsabschluss, insbesondere bei Abgrenzungen und Intercompany\-Abstimmungen, und arbeitest bei IFRS\-Themen mit, beispielsweise bei der Umstellung auf IFRS 18\.
  • Du entwickelst Reporting\- und Planungsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter, treibst deren Automatisierung voran und wirkst an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit, beispielsweise bei Systemeinführungen oder der Entwicklung neuer Leistungsangebote.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft (Universität/FH) oder eidg. Diplom in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im Business Controlling oder FP\&A
  • Fundierte IFRS\-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Konzernreporting
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse inkl. Finanzmodellierung; Erfahrung mit BI\-Tools und ERP\-Systemen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch und sehr gut in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus, Apliquo oder Lucanet von Vorteil
