Aufgaben

  • Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Sales-Strategien mit und entwickelst innovative Vertriebskonzepte.
  • Kundenbedürfnisse und Markttrends erkennst Du frühzeitig und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios ab.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen treibst Du die Optimierung unseres Leistungsangebots voran.
  • Die Akquise neuer Kunden liegt in Deiner Verantwortung und Du berätst sowohl Neu- als auch Bestandskunden crossmedial – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Vertragsverhandlung.
  • Bei Vertriebsaktivitäten unterstützt Du bei der Planung und Durchführung, begleitest Kundentermine und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen und Branchenevents.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Kunden- und Geschäftspartnerschaften und baust diese strategisch weiter aus.
  • Du identifizierst potenzielle Neukunden, recherchierst relevante Entscheidungsträger und pflegst deren Kontaktdaten professionell in unserem CRM-System.
  • An der Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems wirkst Du aktiv mit, erstellst regelmäßige KPI-Reports (z. B. zur Neukundengewinnung) und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor), idealerweise in Medienwissenschaften, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb und Marketing, idealerweise im Umfeld von Print- und Digital-Medien oder Möbelbranche/internationaler Handel.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für Handels- und Marketingkommunikation sowie digitale Medien.
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint) sowie einem CRM-System ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent sowie einer starken Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
  • Du trittst sicher und überzeugend auf und verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Reisebereitschaft gehört für Dich selbstverständlich dazu.
  • Und zu guter Letzt: Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, der mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Can-Do-Spirit aktiv anpackt und mitgestaltet.
