Deine neue Herausforderung!

* Du fungierst als strategisches Bindeglied zwischen Geschäftsführung, Resorts sowie Revenue- und Marketingabteilung und bringst deine Persönlichkeit und Erfahrung gezielt ein

* In dieser zentralen Rolle bist du der motivierende Initiator und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung und Direktoren bei der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Positionierung der Resorts und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Nächtigungen

* Du setzt Maßnahmen im Einklang mit den übergeordneten Marketing- und Unternehmenszielen und verantwortest die Betreuung sowie Koordination von Kampagnen im Bereich der gesundheitstouristischen Positionierung von Move & Relax in allen Pletzer Resorts

* Du steuerst die Umsetzung der Vertriebspolitik, -verfahren und -ziele unter Berücksichtigung aller Segmente insbesondere im MICE & Event, Gesundheitstourismus, B2B-Strategien, etc.

* Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Messen, Ausstellungen, Workshops, Roadshows und Verkaufsveranstaltungen

* Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen und Vertragsverhandlungen insbesondere mit strategisch wichtigen Stakeholdern

Du passt zu uns weil...

* du eine fundierte Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Marketing o. Ä. abgeschlossen hast

* du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise innerhalb der Hotellerie oder einer verwandten Branche, mitbringst und über ein starkes Vertriebsnetzwerk sowie idealerweise Zugang zur Gesundheitsbranche verfügst

* du eine ausgeprägte Affinität zur Hotellerie, zum Sport und zu Maßnahmen der individuellen Gesunderhaltung hast

* du über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten verfügst und durch ein souveränes, stilsicheres Auftreten überzeugst

* du mit hoher Eigenständigkeit agierst und durch deine Erfahrung eine strukturierte, zielorientierte sowie stressfreie Umsetzung sicherstellst
