Deine Aufgaben

Als People & Culture Manager:in verantwortest du den HR-Bereich von Media Force. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, gestaltest unsere HR-Prozesse und setzt sie um. Du recruitest eigenständig und bist für Team und Führungskräfte die erste Ansprechperson für alle HR-Themen.

• End-to-End-Recruiting. Du klärst Bedarf und Rollenprofile mit den Hiring Manager:innen, schreibst aus, sourcest, führst Interviews und triffst die Auswahlentscheidung. Externe Recruiting-Partner steuerst du dort, wo es Sinn ergibt.

• HR-Prozesse gestalten. Recruiting, Onboarding, Offboarding, Feedback- und Entwicklungszyklen: Du prüfst, schärfst nach, dokumentierst und sorgst dafür, dass es im Alltag ankommt. Dabei setzt du auch auf KI-gestützte Workflows.

• Erste Ansprechperson für das Team. Von der Vertragsfrage über Belastungsthemen bis zur Konfliktbegleitung. Du berätst Führungskräfte arbeitsrechtlich und begleitest schwierige Gespräche.

• Führungskräfte- und Mitarbeiter:innenentwicklung. Workshops für Führungskräfte, Entwicklungsgespräche, Zielvereinbarungen, Weiterbildung und Performance-Themen.

• Kultur und Teamzufriedenheit. Du verankerst unsere Werte im Arbeitsalltag, erhebst regelmäßig die Stimmung im Team und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.

• HR-Betrieb und Personio. Verträge, Zeiten und Abwesenheiten, Personalakten, Betreuung unserer Freelancer:innen und Vorbereitung der Lohnbuchhaltung. Du entwickelst Personio weiter und bildest den Employee Lifecycle sauber ab.

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige generalistische HR-Erfahrung, davon als alleinige oder erste HR-Person in einer Organisation, idealerweise im Start-up- oder Agenturumfeld.

• Erfahrung im eigenständigen Recruiting, von der Suche bis zur Auswahlentscheidung.

• Erfahrung im Auf- und Ausbau von HR-Strukturen.

• Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften und Geschäftsführung und klare Priorisierung, auch unter Druck.

• Arbeitsrechtliche Grundfestigkeit und Erfahrung mit HR-Tools, idealerweise Personio.

• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch verhandlungssicher.
