Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im People & Culture-Bereich, z. B. als Generalist:in oder People Operations Manager:in
  • Erfahrung im Auf- oder Ausbau von People & Culture-Strukturen und -Prozessen, idealerweise in einem Start-up oder einem wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Fundiertes Know-how in der Personaladministration, Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Unternehmenszusammenführungen und anderen Herausforderungen abseits der Konzernwelt von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, triffst gerne Entscheidungen und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Ehrlichkeit und einen offenen, direkten Umgang
  • Innovatives Denken und eine Hands-on-Mentalität: Du denkst strategisch und setzt operativ um

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau & Gestaltung: Hands-on-Mitarbeit am Aufbau unseres People & Culture-Bereichs mit viel Raum für eigene Ideen.
  • Zufriedenheit & Bindung: Messung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und Ableitung wirksamer Maßnahmen zur langfristigen Bindung.
  • Prozesse & Strukturen: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von People & Culture-Prozessen, Strukturen und Richtlinien.
  • Wachstum & Veränderung: Begleitung unseres Wachstums und unserer Veränderungsprozesse als Sparringpartner:in für das Management.
  • Gemeinsam stark: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer People & Culture-Kollegin; ihr treibt den Aufbau gemeinsam voran und ergänzt euch als starkes Duo.

Rahmenbedingungen

  • kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt: ab € 4.611,00 brutto/Monat (Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich)
  • Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden
