💊 Cosa farai nel tuo ruolo

Entrerai a far parte di un team in cui professionalità e attenzione al cliente sono al centro di ogni giornata.

In particolare, ti occuperai di:

  • Offrire consulenza qualificata e personalizzata sui prodotti OTC, SOP, integratori, omeopatici e dermocosmetici, nel rispetto della normativa vigente.
  • Accompagnare i clienti nella scelta delle soluzioni più adatte alle loro esigenze di salute e benessere.
  • Curare l’esposizione dei prodotti e contribuire a rendere l’esperienza d’acquisto semplice e piacevole.
  • Collaborare alla gestione delle attività di cassa e magazzino.

🎁 Cosa prevede la nostra offerta?

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio Confcommercio.
  • Retribuzione annua lorda indicativa: 29.000–34.000 €, in base all’inquadramento e all’esperienza.
  • Inquadramento al 3° o 2° livello del CCNL Commercio.
  • Ticket Restaurant da 7 €.
  • Rimborso annuale della quota di iscrizione all’Albo professionale.
  • Rimborso annuale dell’assicurazione per colpa grave, fino a 100 €.
  • Possibilità di accedere a bonus e premi, tra cui Retention Bonus e Referral Bonus.
  • Per chi si trasferisce da un’altra regione, possibile bonus accommodation a partire da 400 € al mese, secondo le condizioni previste.

🎓 Il profilo che cerchiamo

Cerchiamo un/una professionista che abbia:

  • Laurea in Farmacia o Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche (CTF).
  • Abilitazione alla professione e iscrizione all’Albo, oppure disponibilità a completare l’iscrizione secondo i requisiti previsti.
  • Interesse per il settore della salute, del benessere e della dermocosmesi.
  • Attitudine alla consulenza, orientamento al cliente e voglia di imparare e crescere.

Valutiamo con interesse anche candidature di neo-laureati e laureandi in possesso dei requisiti necessari per il ruolo.
