CHI CERCHIAMO?

Lo Store Replenishment Planner è in grado di guidare ed eseguire il processo di pianificazione del riassortimento dei punti vendita per un'azienda retail del settore parafarmacia, con circa 10.000 SKU distribuiti su oltre 100 negozi, garantendo una pianificazione accurata e attuabile, nel rispetto delle soglie di inventario definite, al fine di assicurare la disponibilità dei prodotti nei punti vendita.

Il ruolo richiede un forte allineamento interfunzionale, affinché i piani commerciali si traducano pienamente in strategie di riassortimento operative e solide.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

1. Gestione dei parametri di inventario dei punti vendita: definire e aggiornare i parametri di inventario dei negozi, in accordo con l'Inventory Planner, affinché riflettano la strategia di inventario.

2. Generazione del piano di riassortimento: sulla base della domanda attesa e dei parametri di inventario, elaborare un piano di riassortimento in grado di soddisfare la domanda.

3. Monitoraggio degli ordini ai punti vendita: seguire gli ordini di riassortimento generati dal sistema e correggerne le quantità quando necessario.

4. Aderenza al piano e revisione: monitorare l'aderenza al piano e rivederlo o adattarlo in caso di variazioni della domanda o della strategia.

5. Monitoraggio dei KPI: tenere sotto controllo livello di servizio, disponibilità di prodotto e percentuale di out-of-stock.

REQUISITI

Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia Aziendale, Economia, Matematica o discipline affini.

Costituisce titolo preferenziale una formazione aggiuntiva in Supply Chain o Data Analytics.

1–3 anni di esperienza in riassortimento / supply planning in contesti retail o FMCG.

Esperienza nella gestione di un'elevata complessità di assortimento (oltre 5.000 SKU).

Solida esposizione alla pianificazione promozionale e stagionale.

Gradita esperienza in contesti retail omnicanale.

Competenze tecniche

Metodi statistici di previsione (analisi delle serie storiche, regressione, exponential smoothing, ecc.).

Modellizzazione dell'uplift promozionale.

Formazione e comprensione della pianificazione Supply Chain end-to-end (E2E).

Conoscenza avanzata di Excel.

Esperienza con sistemi ERP e strumenti di pianificazione (es. SAP, JDA, Anaplan o simili).

Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di strumenti di BI (Power BI, Tableau).

Tipologia di contratto: contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio.
