Dann bewerbe dich.Wir suchen zum Ausbau unserer Teams eine PTA (m/w/d) für die digitale Patient*innenbetreuung im Versandhandel, am Standort Oranienburger Tor, in Voll- oder Teilzeit, ab 30 Std.:

  • Digitale Bearbeitung und Koordination von Bestellungen diverser Bestellkanäle (Shop, Lieferapp)
  • Möglichkeit zur Mitgestaltung unseres OnlineShops und der Backend-Pflege
  • Integrierung unseres neuen Abholautomaten für Kund*innen
  • Betreuung des MediosApotheke Chats
  • Beratung per Telepharmazie/am Telefon
  • Recherche und Bearbeitung individueller und fachspezifischer Kundenanfragen
  • Unterstützung bei der operativen Einführung von neuen digitalen Kundenkommunikationslösungen (E-Rezept, Marktplätze)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene PTA-Ausbildung
  • Du nutzt gerne digitale Systeme und Werkzeuge und bist offen für Neues
  • Das E-Rezept, Telepharmazie und eHealth sind keine Fremdworte für dich
  • Kundenorientiertes, selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
  • Du bist ein*e gute*r Teamplayer*in
  • ADG-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht vorausgesetzt
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
