Du suchst eine flexible Tätigkeit nebenbei oder möchtest gezielt am Wochenende arbeiten? Dann bewirb dich bei uns. Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams eine PTA (m/w/d) für die digitale Patient*innenbetreuung im Versandhandel, am Standort Oranienburger Tor, auf Mini- oder Midijob-Basis mit flexiblen Einsatzzeiten am Wochenende, an Feiertagen sowie auf Wunsch in den Abendstunden unter der Woche:

  • Digitale Bearbeitung und Koordination von Bestellungen über verschiedene Bestellkanäle (Shop, App)
  • Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über Chat und Telefon (Telepharmazie)
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Beratung von Kund*innen im Rahmen der digitalen Kommunikation
  • Recherche und Bearbeitung individueller Kundenanliegen
  • Einbindung und Betreuung technischer Lösungen wie Abholsysteme

Wir suchen insbesondere für das Wochenende Unterstützung, um die telefonische Beratung sowie die Bearbeitung von Chat- und Shopanfragen sicherzustellen und so eine zuverlässige Versorgung unserer Kund*innen auch am Wochenende zu gewährleisten.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene PTA-Ausbildung
  • Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und modernen Kommunikationswegen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität, insbesondere für Wochenenddienste
  • ADG-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
