In this dynamic sales role, you will drive commercial success, expand market growth, and bring cutting-edge, transformative technologies directly to healthcare professionals. You will manage and grow the adoption of highly specialized interventional CVG solutions, working closely with clinical teams to maximize the potential of our advanced portfolio in the field.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, including experience managing key hospital accounts
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Fluent Czech and English language skills.

Proven experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, or vascular environments, with strong familiarity in complex capital equipment and procedure-based medical technologies would be beneficial.
