The posting

Als Technisch Administratief Medewerker ben je de technische schakel tussen onze klanten, sales en uitvoering. Je duikt in plannen, energiestudies en technische fiches, denkt mee na over de juiste oplossing en vertaalt die naar een correcte calculatie en duidelijke offerte. Je hoeft dus niet zelf op de werf te staan om mee te bouwen aan een goed project: jouw technische voorbereiding bepaalt mee hoe het project uiteindelijk wordt uitgevoerd. Wat doe je concreet? Je krijgt een nieuwe aanvraag binnen en gaat ermee aan de slag. Je bekijkt de plannen, technische fiches, energiestudie en warmteverliesberekeningen en probeert het project volledig te doorgronden. Samen met de sales verantwoordelijke bepaal je de juiste technische oplossing. Daarna begint het rekenwerk. Je maakt opmetingen, materiaalramingen en calculaties, vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en vergelijkt verschillende oplossingen. Je werkt installaties uit over verschillende technieken heen: van verwarming en sanitair tot airco, zonnepanelen en elektriciteit. Je vertaalt al die informatie naar een correcte en marktconforme offerte. Je verwerkt wijzigingen, houdt prijzen actueel en zorgt ervoor dat de offerte technisch én financieel klopt. Ook na de verkoop blijf je betrokken: je draagt de technische uitwerking over aan de projectvoorbereiding en voert achteraf mee de nacalculatie uit. Zo leren we uit onze projecten en kunnen we onze toekomstige offertes steeds beter maken.

Wat moet jij hebben? Een technische achtergrond en vooral interesse in technieken. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen, maar je moet wel graag begrijpen hoe dingen werken. Je kan technische plannen en fiches lezen en bent in staat om informatie uit verschillende bronnen samen te brengen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt een goed analytisch inzicht en vindt het fijn om uit te zoeken wat technisch én financieel de juiste oplossing is. Je hebt oog voor detail, maar verliest het grotere plaatje niet uit het oog. Ervaring als calculator, werkvoorbereider, technisch tekenaar, installateur of in een gelijkaardige technische functie is mooi meegenomen. Belangrijker is dat je technisch inzicht hebt, zelfstandig kan werken en goesting hebt om bij te leren.
