Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich im Bereich des simulationstechnischen Systemservice. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u. a.: • Reparaturen und Wartungsmaßnahmen an Patientensimulatoren in Kliniken, Simulationszentren und an Standorten des Rettungsdienstes • Regelmäßige Prüfungen, Instandsetzungen und Inspektionen • Überwachung von Prüfterminen in unserem vorgegebenen System • Bearbeitung von Kunden-Anfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innen- und Außendienst • Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen und Werkzeugen • Dokumentation durchgeführter Maßnahmen mit modernen Tablets Ihr Einsatz erfolgt in unserer Geschäftsstelle in Erkrath, nahe Düsseldorf und bei unseren Kunden vor Ort. Für die Auswärtstätigkeiten wird ein modernes Servicefahrzeug zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über ein fundiertes technisches Wissen und eine passende Berufsqualifikation. Von Vorteil ist eine Ausbildung als Elektroniker/in, Elektroniker/in für Informations- und Systemtechnik oder Elektriker/in, wünschenswert sind erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich Pneumatik, Mechanik, Messtechnik. Ihnen ist der Umgang mit EDV-Systemen sowie MS Office vertraut, Erfahrungen mit CRM- bzw. ERP-Software sind ein Bonus. Verhandlungssicher beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache und können sich gut organisieren, erweiterte Englisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
