Ihre Aufgaben

Als Key Account Manager verantworten Sie Ihr eigenes Vertriebsgebiet und betreuen Kunden aus Rettungsdienst und Kliniken eigenständig – von der Erstansprache über Ausschreibungen bis zum Abschluss. Sie präsentieren beispielsweise Fahrtragensysteme und Tragesessel der Firma Stollenwerk sowie die vielfältige Produktpalette unserer Mefina-Eigenprodukte – von innovativen Halterungssystemen über Zubehörlinien für Fahrtragensysteme bis hin zu Medizintechnik für den Rettungsdienst – und ausgewählte Handelsprodukte etablierter Hersteller wie B. Braun und Masimo. Preis- und Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen führen Sie eigenverantwortlich, inklusive Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung für Ihre Accounts. Ihre Tätigkeit erfolgt im Außendienst mit einem Reiseanteil und mehreren Übernachtungen pro Woche. Dabei sind Sie Teil eines jungen Teams mit starkem Teamspirit. Bleiben Sie dem Rettungsdienst treu und bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung praxisnah im Bereich der Notfallmedizin ein.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsqualifikation im Rettungsdienst und bringen mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit. In vorherigen beruflichen Stationen konnten Sie bereits vertriebliche Erfahrungen sammeln und haben idealerweise eigene Budgetverantwortung getragen. Aus- oder Weiterbildungen im kaufmännischen Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung sowie eine strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus. Darüber hinaus besitzen Sie ein gutes technisches Verständnis und großes Interesse an innovativen Lösungen für die Notfallmedizin, die Sie kompetent und praxisnah vermitteln können. Ihr fundiertes Wissen im Bereich der Notfallmedizin ergänzen Sie durch solide EDV-Kenntnisse, Organisationstalent und eine wirtschaftliche Handlungsweise. Idealerweise ist Ihnen das Arbeiten innerhalb eines QM-Systems und mit SOPs vertraut.
