Ballancer® USA is expanding its independent sales force. We’re seeking passionate, results-oriented individuals to represent our industry-leading lymphatic compression systems, premium solutions trusted by med spas, wellness centers, plastic surgeons, and hospitality spas throughout the US.

As an Independent Sales Representative for Ballancer® USA, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work with high earning potential and the opportunity to bring cutting-edge technology to a growing clientele. You’ll join a dynamic team focused on luxury wellness and ROI-driven selling.

Role Definition

The Independent Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for promoting and selling Ballancer®Pro systems, high-end, FDA-cleared compression therapy devices that support lymphatic health, wellness, detoxification, and beauty outcomes. Transactions typically involve high-value equipment, and success relies on consultative selling, relationship building, and product demonstrations. This is a commission-focused role with significant upside for self-motivated sellers.

Key Responsibilities

● Prospect new business opportunities and follow up on company-provided and self-sourced qualified leads.

● Grow and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on sales growth within your market.

● Conduct compelling virtual and in-person presentations and product demonstrations.

● Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and ROI of Balancer Pro systems to decision-makers.

● Work independently to exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM tools.

● Participate in relevant industry trade shows and conventions to increase product visibility and generate qualified leads.

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the aesthetics and wellness sectors.

● Support customer onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.

Compensation & Work Style

● Commission-based earning potential with uncapped upside.

Requirements

Experience

● Proven sales experience (preferably B2B or capital equipment/high-value solutions).

● Strong communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

● Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

● Familiarity with the aesthetics, wellness, or medical spa market strongly preferred.

Skills & Attributes

● Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

● Excellent relationship building and client engagement skills.

● Comfortable with virtual selling and demonstrations.

● Organized with strong CRM discipline.

● Ability to adapt sales approach based on client needs and market trends.
